Green PET Silicone Tape is a high-temperature masking tape made with a polyester (PET) film backing and a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). Compared with silicone polyimide tape, polyester silicone masking tape is often the more cost-effective choice for masking lines that operate within PET tape temperature windows. It is widely used where crisp edge definition, stable processing, and efficient masking performance matter.

Note: Comparable PET silicone masking tapes in the market are commonly specified around 200°C for short bake cycles such as 30 minutes, rather than unlimited continuous exposure. Actual suitability should always be qualified with your real peak temperature, dwell time, number of cycles, substrate, and process chemistry.
How to Choose Thickness Selection

- 0.06–0.08 mm: easier handling, more robustness, and higher adhesion for heavier-duty masking needs
When to Choose PET Silicone Tape vs Silicone Polyimide Tape?
Choose Green PET Silicone Tape for most powder coating and similar masking processes where your bake profile typically falls around 180–200°C short-cycle masking conditions and you want sharp paint lines with better cost efficiency.
Choose Silicone Polyimide Tape when your process requires clearly higher heat resistance, longer high-temperature dwell times, or thermal cycling beyond normal polyester masking tape windows.
